Production checkout: Before payment is submitted, the customer will be required to acknowledge the subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and non-refundable policy.
Paid Contractor Pursuit subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling a subscription prevents the next renewal; it does not terminate access immediately. Monthly subscribers retain full service access through the end of the monthly billing period already paid for, and annual subscribers retain full service access through the end of the annual subscription term already paid for. No prorated refunds or account credits are issued for unused subscription time.
Free Trial: The 14-day free trial requires no payment information, does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, and has nothing to cancel.
